1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all vehicle purchases and services provided by Club Cars La Marina, registered at E.s Marina de la Marina, Partida 307, 03194 Elx, Alicante, Spain. By purchasing a vehicle or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Vehicle Condition

All vehicles are sold as described in the listing. Each vehicle undergoes a thorough inspection before being offered for sale. Any known defects or issues are disclosed in the vehicle description. Images show the actual vehicle for sale.

Vehicle mileage is as shown on the odometer at the time of listing. We do not guarantee the accuracy of mileage readings from third-party sources.

3. Pricing

All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. Finance examples are indicative only and subject to status.

4. Payment

Full payment is required before vehicle collection. We accept bank transfer and agreed finance arrangements. Vehicles will not be released until payment has been confirmed and cleared.

5. Warranty

All vehicles come with a standard warranty as described in the individual listing. Warranty terms and duration vary by vehicle. Extended warranty options may be available at additional cost.

6. Complaints

If you have a complaint about a vehicle or service, please contact us at info@clubcars.co or call +34 966 180 006. We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 working days.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alicante, Spain.
